How long does shipping take and what are the costs?

What is your return policy?
We want you to love your CAINTÈ pieces. If you are not satisfied, you can return your items within 14 days of delivery. Products must be in original, unworn condition with all tags attached. Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.
